Terms of Service
Use of this website
This website provides general information about Solvera Credit's services. It does not constitute a service agreement. Any services are governed by the separate written contract you sign before work begins, as described in our disclosures.
No guarantee of results
Credit dispute outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including how credit bureaus and furnishers respond. We make no guarantee of any specific score change or removal of any specific item.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older, residing in jurisdictions where credit repair services of this kind are legally permitted.
Fees and payment
Solvera Credit does not use fixed, published pricing. After your free report review, we propose a price based on the specific work your file requires, which you'll see in writing in your information statement and contract before agreeing to anything. Under New York General Business Law § 458-e and the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, no fee may be collected in advance of the services being fully performed. See our disclosures for details.
Cancellation
Under New York General Business Law § 458-f, you may cancel your service agreement within three days of signing, without penalty or obligation, as described in our disclosures. Cancellation terms beyond that window are set out in your signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvera Credit's total liability arising from these terms or from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to, and nothing in these terms limits or waives: (a) liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud; (b) any right or remedy under New York General Business Law Article 28-BB, which by statute (§ 458-i) cannot be waived by contract; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under New York law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvera Credit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms, and any services provided by Solvera Credit, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Our services are also subject to New York General Business Law Article 28-BB (the Credit Services Business Act) and the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, as described in our disclosures. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
